Do you ever wonder why you have persistent annoying symptoms that keep recurring over and over? I can bet that you have never thought that they could be pent-up emotions stuck inside you. It does happen with a lot of people, suffering when actually they can be helped just by Tapping. According to Dr. John Sarno in his book “The Divided Mind,” it is a proven fact that our society tolerates physical ailments more readily than emotional ones. However, individuals often avoid addressing their emotional issues.

I’ve been struggling with a decision lately – whether or not to share something. While I don’t often talk about my successes, I feel compelled to let you know that I am living proof that Emotional Freedom Technique (also known as tapping) really does work.
Lately, I have been feeling unwell after a traumatic experience with the dog. I’ve been experiencing symptoms like headaches, a sore throat, mucus, coughing, and sneezing, similar to those of a cold or allergy that many people experience.

I felt like I was holding onto a lot of emotions, which seemed too coincidental. To let them go, I applied Brad Yates’ tapping technique for dealing with loss and grief.

I can’t let it go
and Releasing emotional pain
I was feeling better for a little while, but then my symptoms came back even worse than before. I’ve been coughing, sneezing, and dealing with lots of mucus. It felt like my body was working overtime to get rid of all the toxins that must be built up inside me. I’m thinking that a good detox might be just what I need to start feeling better again.
To be honest, I wasn’t too keen on the idea of doing a detox because I’m a bit lazy. Instead, I decided to give tapping another try and really work at it to release all the emotions that had built up inside me. Tapping isn’t a quick fix – you need to put in effort and stick with it to get the full benefits. It’s really important to connect deeply with the issue you’re working on while tapping. I used The Tapping Solution app to help me practice, but unfortunately, I can’t share the videos with you.
As grief is one of the emotions held in the lungs , I used a tapping script that focused on healing my lungs to release the stored emotions. It was an emotional experience, but it helped me release any anger and self-judgment related to my pain. With each tapping session, I felt like I was peeling away layers of pain. I also used lymph drainage and acupressure to clear my lungs, which worked well. It may take some time, but I am proud of myself for taking the necessary steps to heal and feel better now.

As usual if you choose to work with my experiences you must take full responsibility for your own health.
