So What Emotions go Where Part 3

Here are the final four Meridians for you to play with.

As usual if you choose to work with my experiences you must take full responsibility for your own health.

Meridians

Pericardium Meridan

Emotion

The emotion of the pericardium is actually Joy but when it is blocked the emotion turns negative to sadness

Below is a link to a very good article explaining all about the pericardium and all that it does.

From Prune Harris (again I hear you cry) called The Guardian of the Heart.

Healing

The Pericardium works to make us happy but if we are in a negative frame of mind it will struggle, use the links below to find out how to help it.

Triple Warmer Meridian

I have put the link below in this blog because it does have a lot of info on the triple warmer/burner.

Emotion

Stress of which we all suffer from time to time. We can calm it down, see below.

Healing

I am sorry I always refer to these two links but they do give knowledge of the meridians.

The Gall Bladder

Emotion

The emotion of the Gall Bladder is very strong – ANGER/RAGE/FURY. Storing these strong emotions can and will make us ill if we do not release them.

See below

The following link is actually working with the Gallbladder and Liver because they are very closely connected.

Healing

This meridian as well as the liver because of the emotion they hold it is very important to understand how to help yourself. Look at the links below.

The Liver Meridian

Big Bad Boy

Emotion

Anger is a horrible emotion mainly because we don’t know how to handle it. Hopefully by reading these few articles you will be able to help yourself release it.

Read below

Healing

The Liver Meridian is the yin to the gallbladder yang so work closely together so check out any other links on the gallbladder above.

AS USUAL IF YOU CHOOSE TO WORK WITH MY EXPERIENCES YOU MUST TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH
