Hi, Hope you have gone through the previous post and enjoyed it. I am putting on a few more meridians to help you heal your self. We will continue in the same format as part 1. The link for this is below.

Stomach Meridian

The stomach meridian is one of the longest meridians working alongside the spleen. When blocked or unbalanced can cause the above emotions. again we have Prune Harris to show us how to balance and heal this meridian.

Healing

This is a meridian that is hard to work with as a lot of the points are along the back but it can be done.

Here Prune Harris works in different ways to clear the bladder meridian.

Only recently have I realised how useful it is to know about the Bladder Meridian. I wish I had worked with it before because I have felt fear all my life. Below are links to two good sites explaining all.
