Hi as I said in my last post, here is the quiz from Elaine Aron’s book as well as more information. Putting link to the last blog here.
Answer each question according to the way you feel. Answer false if it is not very true or not at all true for you.

- I seem to be aware of subtleties in my environment.
- Other peoples moods affect me.

- I find myself needing to withdraw during busy days, into bed or into a darkened rood or any place where I can have some privacy and relief from stimulation.

- I make it a point to avoid violent movies and TV shows.
- I become unpleasantly aroused when a lot is going on around me.
- Being very hungry creates a strong reaction in me disrupting my concentration or mood.
- I notice and enjoy delicate scents, tastes, sounds, or work of art.
- I make it a high priority to arrange to avoid upsetting or overwhelming situations.
- When I must compete or be observed while performing a task, I become so nervous or shaky that I do much worse than I would otherwise.
- When I was a child my parents/teachers seemed to see me as sensitive and shy.
Scoring Yourself – If you answered twelve or more of the questions truthfully you are probably Highly Sensitive. – Refer to the book The Highly Sensitive Person by Elaine Aron.

Here is a relatively new test devised by Sensitivity Research.com. This quiz is again based on Elaine Aaron but the quiz has been abbreviated. I am also adding their links for children and adolescents and of course parents.

From all this information on being Highly Sensitive you could be feeling confused. Because of this I am looking for support groups for you to connect with others. Of course the first that comes to mind is the Highly Sensitive Refuge. I personally joined quite a few years ago and is a main stay for many people. Give it a go
