You are not enough
Feeling that you are not good enough is in my mind, the root of Imposter Syndrome and cannot be missed out. I think we all quietly feel like this and recognise how it can hold you back. I am sitting here feeling like I could easily cry over this topic so I have found a great post by Tiny Buddha titled 7 things to remember when you think you are not good enough that will help. There is also a tapping script from Nick Ortner (The Tapping Solution) that is wonderful. Even if you don’t want to tap listening to it will help you.
